Shipping & Returns Policy
Shipping
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day during normal business hours. Please allow up to 1–2 business days for order processing during periods of high order volume.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by destination and generally range from 5–12 business days after shipment.
Order Cancellation Policy
All orders are processed through our secure payment processor and prepared for fulfillment shortly after being placed. Because payment processing and fulfillment costs are incurred immediately, the following cancellation policy applies:
Orders Cancelled Before Shipment
Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 15% cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders Cancelled After Shipment
Orders cancelled after shipment will be treated as returns and are subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy below.
Refused Deliveries
Orders refused at delivery will be treated as returns and may be subject to applicable cancellation, return shipping, and restocking fees.

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for orders shipped within the continental United States.
To qualify for a return:

Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.

Products may not be more than 25% used.

All items included in product bundles or sets must be returned together.

Any Gift With Purchase (GWP) items received with the order must also be returned.
International orders are not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be issued for 85% of the original purchase price after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return has been approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. SkinRequisite is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office and email us at skinrequisite@gmail.com.
While SkinRequisite is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier, we will gladly assist customers in filing carrier claims whenever possible.
