Shipping, Cancellations & Returns
It’s in our interest to deliver your purchased goods as soon as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped the same business day during business hour*.
*some orders may take up to 1-2 business days to ship.
Skinrequisite ships with 1-5 days USPS priority & First Class shipping within the U.S. Outside the U.S shipping varies between 5-12 business days.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our RETURNS policy. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Ultimately, we strive for customer satisfaction. If there is a quality issue with your purchase please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and each inquiry will be handled promptly. We want every purchase to be loved! If a package does not arrive as stated in your tracking please send us a message and contact your local postmaster. We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail but can do everything we can do to help!
Skinrequisite.com will accept returns in new or gently used condition within 14 days from shipping date (valid only in the continental U.S.). The refund shall be 75% of the purchase price or product credit of equivalent value, and shall not include the shipping and handling charges you incurred.
We regret the need to charge a 25% restocking fee on items that are returned to us. The costs of packing, shipping and transaction fees are real. The nature of each product does not allow for it to be restocked, because of quality standards.
While we could increase our prices on all of our products to cover these costs on the ones that are returned as some retailers do, we choose to keep our prices as low as possible and only recover the cost of returns from those items that are actually returned. While we understand your disappointment with being charged a restocking fee for your return, we also understand, that maintaining the most competitive prices possible benefits the vast majority of our customers and it’s possible the reason you choose to make purchase from us in the first place.
Again we apologize, but we hope you understand the need for the fee.

If a set is being returned, all products in the set must be returned. If your order contained a GWP (Gift With Purchase) all products making up the gift must be returned along with the items you are returning.
Items purchased outside of USA are not eligible for returns.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and handling costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
To ensure that we receive your return, we recommend using a method of shipment with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
No returns will be accepted for products that are more than 25% used.
