Lactic Acid is an ideal acid treatment for all skin types (I-VI)* and recommended for acne, mild rosacea, black heads, hyperpigmentation, lackluster complexion and aging skin.
If you are new to chemical peeling, this is the peel to try.
If you have sensitive skin, lactic acid should work well for you.
If you've hit a plateau with other acid treatments, this is a great alternative.

Loosens and removes the surface debris on the skin.
Softens comedomes.
Deep cleans pores.
Softens fine lines.
Extremely effective at stimulating natural collagen production for a fresh, moistened look.
No "down time", no noticeable flaking of the skin, just a sloughing-off of the dried, glued together sebum and surface skin debris.
• Mild stinging to none even with higher percentage
Lactic Acid 15% & 25% Lactic acid strengths are ideal for first time users and usually requires no downtime, but still requires extra care: skin calming serum, lipids rich moisturizer and physical sunscreen ex. zinc oxide.

** It is not necessary to see visible peeling with a chemical peel. Improvements in the texture, tone and overall appearance of the skin take place whether or not peeling occurs. Those who exfoliate on a regular basis may not see visible peeling because the layers of dead skin cells are at a healthy number.
*The following list shows the six categories of the Fitzpatrick scale in relation to the 36 categories of the older von Luschan scale (in parenthesis):[6][7]
  • Type I (scores 0–6) always burns, never tans (palest; freckles).
  • Type II (scores 7–13) usually burns, tans minimally
  • Type III (scores 14–20) sometimes mild burn, tans uniformly
  • Type IV (scores 21–27) burns minimally, always tans well (moderate brown)
  • Type V (scores 28–34) very rarely burns, tans very easily (dark brown)
  • Type VI (scores 35–36) never burns (deeply pigmented dark brown to darkest brown)
Recommended use:
Before applying, be familiar with precautions. Cleanse the skin thoroughly. Gently patch the skin dry. Wait five more minutes for the skin to be completely dry (water neutralize acid). Apply the peel evenly with an applicator ( you can spray on cotton or fingers and gently pat the skin. Leave on  for 3-10 minutes - depending on skin sensitivity -  you can gradually increase how long you leave it on - best every 2 weeks or every 5th peel treatment - whatever comes first. Avoid the eyes. Skin around the brow, nose and mouth area is most sensitive, you may want to avoid it. Remove peel by flushing thoroughly skin with cool water.
May repeat treatment 1-3 times a week. Don’t repeat the treatment if skin feels irritated - wait till it’s fully recovered.
Lactic acid can cause purging. Lactic acid
speeds up your skin cell turnover rate - this makes microcomedones turn into acne and blemishes more quickly, causing a sudden rush of breakouts on your face.

Precautions: acids increase photosensitivity and must avoid sun after peel treatment.
A physical Sunblock must be worn daily. Its best to avoid prolonged sun exposure for 1-week post peel.

Ingredients:
Witch Hazel Hydrosol, Lactic Acid, Witch Hazel Extract, Pantothenic Acid
Keep away from sunlight. Store in dark, cool place. Best used within 12 months of purchase.
Glycolic Acid vs Lactic Acid
Glycolic acid:
Smaller molecular size penetrates skin more easily.
Best for sun damaged skin: boosts collagen production and thickens skin.
Although it can increase overall thickness, it also temporarily thins skin.
Lactic acid:
Larger molecular size, doesn’t penetrate skin as well.
Best for dry and sensitive skin: more moisturizing and less irritating.
